Chocolate Coated Bananas

Who doesn’t love a few bananas smothered in chocolate and covered in nuts? ✨🍌🍫 😍 This recipe might look a little rude and it’s supposed to! I’ve created this #RudeFood dish in support of @anzuptrials, who work to improve the treatment and outcomes of penile, testicular, kidney, bladder and prostate cancer. I wanted to show my support for this organisation because I think it’s important to shed light on the importance of getting checked!

Ingredients
290g Nestle Bakers Choice dark chocolate melts
6 bananas cup in half
12 paddle-pop sticks
1/4 cup Roasted almonds
1/4 cup Crushed pistachios
1/4 cup Crushed peanuts
1/4 cup Desiccated coconut
1/4 cup Dried flowers

Method
1. Start off by peeling the bananas and cutting these in half. Place the paddle-pop sticks into each halved banana and set aside.
2. Place the chocolate in a stainless steel bowl and place over a pot of boiling water, stir the chocolate until it is melted.
3. Coat each banana half way down each banana stick, place on a baking tray and top with the desired toppings.
4. Allow to set before serving!
